Domain name registrations and renewals
Unless stated otherwise, all domains sold by NameTerrific are strictly non-refundable. This is due to our costs involved in domain name registrations, renewals, DNS service provisions and other necessary operations to provide these services. Currently we are unable to cancel domain registrations through the registries.
NameTerrific Pro subscriptions
If you change your mind after subscribing to NameTerrific Pro, you can request a refund through our regular service channels within 15 days after your first subscription payment in order to be eligible for our "15-day Money Back Guarantee". In the event of a refund being granted, your account will be downgraded to "Out-of-the-box" and all premium services may be terminated without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request in any of the following circumstances:
- You are in a NameTerrific Pro subscription for more than 15 days.
- You have already received a full refund for NameTerrific Pro before.
There is no commitment attached to NameTerrific Pro. Even if you are not eligible for our "15-day Money Back Guarantee", you can cancel anytime and continue using the service for the remaining period that you have paid for.
